This website is owned and operated by 5th Ray Healing Academy.

By visiting our websites and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide (hereafter referred to as “Sites”), you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘Terms of Service’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Terms of Service from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Terms of Service periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of our Sites after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

Restrictions

All content and materials available on 5th Ray Healing Academy websites, are the intellectual property of 5th Ray Healing Academy. You may access and use the information and materials within our Sites for your personal use. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on our Sites. You must obtain written permission from us before you may publish, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any material from our Sites. By using our Sites, you agree to abide by all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Course, Program or Workshop is important. If, at any point you are less than satisfied, let us know so that we may remedy the situation. Due to the extensive time, preparation and care that is spent creating and delivering 5th Ray Healing Academy’s Course, Programs and Workshops, we do not provide refunds. Except where provided by law, we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment. By purchasing and using our Courses, Programs, Workshops, Services and Materials, you agree that all sales are final and refunds will not be provided.

Termination

You may terminate your participation in our Courses, Programs or Workshops at any time by sending an email to sophiehealing@gmail.com.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any user or academy student at any time, without notice, who violates any of these terms of use, any of the Academy member guidelines or for any other behaviour that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.

In the event of termination of your participation by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay all remaining payments  that are owed 5th Ray Healing Academy.

Upon termination, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to any and all elements of our Courses, Programs, Workshops, Services and Materials, including private forums, Facebook groups, live webinars or conference calls or any other communications method related to the delivery of our Courses, Programs, Workshops, Services and Materials.

Disclaimers

The information, services, products, claims, seminar topics, and materials on our Sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied effectiveness of the ideas or success strategies listed on this site as well as those that are provided in our products and services or to students in our courses and programs or to participants at our events.  Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in our Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, products, information or materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not we or any of our respective licensors or suppliers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction to your system.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information on our Sites, or any products or services provided pursuant to our Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SMS/Mobile Texting

When you become a student through our sites, you provide idientifiable information including your email address and phone number to us and we may use this information to confirm orders, deliver promised ongoing training or communication, and send text updates, promotions, videos, audios, or messages related to 5th Ray Healing Academy or any of our courses, programs and events. You can opt-out of receiving any future text messages by simply replying to any of our text messages at any time with the word STOP. By signing up for our products or programs you hereby grant us permission to text you until you reply STOP. We do not ever sell or rent your phone number.

Results Disclaimer

Our courses, programs and events are intended to help you be your best self, to share your message and gifts with others and to contribute to the world around you in the ways that you most desire. Our programs take your time and active participation. As required by law, we can not and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results with our information, tools or techniques. Only you are responsible for your results in life. That makes sense? We’re here to help by giving you direction, guidance, tools and techniques. You should know that all of our products and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our Sites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results, and we do not offer any legal, medical, or other professional advice. Parental Permission

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Users of our Sites, students of our courses and programs and participants in our events understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and we will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect our rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
